ADMITTANCE

"Wha..wha.." Carmen gasped as she stared at the being that was holding 
her in her arms. She quickly stood up and was about to run when Ivy 
stopped her.

"It's all right, it's all right,.." Ivy began.

"Ivy, leave, it's not safe, his people are everywhere! They're going to 
take over the planet..Ivy, leave before she tries to kill you as she did 
me!"

"No," Ivy insisted, "She's on our side!"

Meanwhile, Zack and his group met Wildwing's in front of a huge, scary 
contraption that took his breath away.

"What in the world IS that contraption?" Duke managed to say. Tanya and 
Zack began to look it over quickly but thoroghly.

"Well, from the look of it I'd say it was some form of mind-whipe 
ray!"  Tanya said.

"Yeah, and here are the jewels," Zack said, pointing. With help from 
Tanya's omnitool, they managed to carefully remove them from their 
places without disturbing the machine. "Chief will be happy to see 
these!"

"What I'd like to know is where Dragonous managed to get all these 
high-tech devices from?" Wildwing asked, pointing to various parts of 
the machine.

"Yeah, they don't look like anything old lizard-lips would ordinarily 
use," Nosedive pointed out. "His tastes aren't THAT good!"

"I have a feeling I know," Zack began, just then, not three but four 
bright lights surrounded them.

"Really, I know something as well," a huge voice , unlike anything Zack 
had heared before bellowed. Before his eyes, the three lizards that had 
attacked him and Ivy in the museum were joined by another gigantic one 
in a purple robe.

"Dragonous," he heared Nosedive whisper.

"Dead men tell no tales!" Dragonous continued. As if that was a signal 
the lizards started firing. The Ducks counter-attacked with their own 
weapons, and Zack helped with the gun Nosedive had given to him.

"That beast from Hell took all my high-tech devices and had me locked up 
here to die of thirst!" Carmen finished up after finally being convinced 
Mallory was on the good side.

"Not surprising," Mallory commented.

"Wow," Ivy said, "What does he want them for?"

"He's going to use them in some awful device, I'm not quite sure exactly 
what, to take over the world! We have to stop him, THAT is NOT my 
intention for those devices!" Just then, a beeping sound filled the air. 
Ivy and Mallory both looked at their wrists.

"It's my com.," Mallory explained.

"Mal, quick, we need you and Ivy here, A.S.A.P.!" Nosedive said as his 
face appeared on the com. "We got a major emergency on our wings!"

"Where are you?"

"In the front of the Raptor! Lizard lips got a huge mind-whipe machine! 
We don't stop him, everyone will end up his slave! Get your wings over 
here, NOW!"

"On our way!' she answered as she turned it off. "Quick we have to stop 
him."

"I'm coming with you," Carmen said, "I have to get my devices back or 
the world is doomed! That beast can't get away with this!"

Quickly, they rushed out of the room.
