These are the rules for your story to be posted here at the Manor. I want the works posted here to be basically suitable for all ages. There is an outlet for darker stuff and that address is posted below.

Basic Rules of all Carmen fan-fic:

1. You must realize you do not own any of the character of the animated series. You realize that they are copyright Broderbund Software and Dic Productions and that Carmen Sandiego is a registered trademark of Broderbund Software.

2. You must not alter a show character. (i.e. make Zack a drug lord or something. He'd never be that!)

3. Try to keep to the show canon. (Meaning keep with the episode plots, and characters. Sometimes can be difficult, due to unaired eps., but do the best you can.)

My Rules:

4. Violence is to be kept to a PG-13 level. (and the major violence is limited to two scenes . But no suicides/attempted suicides at all!

5. Regarding the violence: If a section of your story contains anything too scary for younger audiences, a warning will be stated at the beginning of the section.

6. Minor swearing is allowed- (hell, damn, sucks, friggin', words on these lines) but nothing more.

7. No sexual stuff of any kind!

I will not link that site here, nor will I tell you where it is.

A disclaimer to my actions: I am tired of arguements about fan-fic, and I don't want to deal with them anymore. So, this is why I set this page up. Thank you.
