Carmen Sandiego is a master thief, who commits huge heists like: The Roof from 
    The Taj Mahal, The Mona Lisa's Smile, and many other historical treasures!! 
    Carmen Sandiego once worked for The ACME Detective Agency, the greatest 
    Crime-Stopping Agency in the world, and she was one of the best detectives 
    that there ever was.  Unfortunately, since Crime-Stopping began to easy 
    for her, she wanted more of a challenge, so she left ACME, and founded 
    V.I.L.E. {Villians International League Of Evil} So, she hired a bunch of bad 
    guys including Clay Tan Doree, Sara Bellum, Fortune Hunter, and many 
    others. Then, she began to mastermind incredible thefts and then put 
    them into action!!   Then, she became more and more brilliant about 
    stealing and eluding ACME Agents.  Her reputation grew and she became 
    even harder to track down. She believed in playing fair, and always left 
    clues for the ACME Agents, Zack and Ivy, but no one has ever caught Carmen 
    Sandiego before!!  Carmen usually wears a red trenchcoat, a red fedora, gray 
    gloves, and red highheels!  She is the greatest thief that there ever was 
    because, first of all, she worked for ACME once so she knows what The ACME 
    Agents are going to try and because she is careful, fair, and sweet in her 
    own way!!  Carmen Sandiego is the greatest thief that there ever was!!!
